Your DTF prints’ curing temperature and time settings may be incorrect. If the curing temperature is inappropriate or the curing time is overly long, the ink may crystallize. Check your transfer paper as well; if it has a coating or leftovers, it could be contributing to this problem. Finally, confirm that you’re using suitable DTF ink that hasn’t expired or become contaminated.
